Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.
To return the item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ameliores.com. 
Once the return has been approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us if you have any questions about returns via info@ameliores.com.


If the parcel is not collected and returned at the post office, a handling fee of €10 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount paid. 
The rest of the amount will be refunded in the same way you paid.

Please note that your order will be shipped directly from the supplier.
If you wish to return something, this is at your own expense.

 

Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). 
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. 
Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, buy the new item separately.

14-day cancellation period in the EU
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, if the item is shipped to the EU. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will let you know when we have received and checked the return and whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive your money back via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund.
